Public Sector Management (Exclusion from Public Service)
Proclamation 2004
under clause 1(2) of Schedule 1 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
1 On 1 March 2001 Michael James O'Connell was appointed to the position of
Victims of Crime Co-ordinator pursuant to section 68 of the Constitution
Act 1934 and was by proclamation excluded from the Public Service
pursuant to clause 1(2)(a) of Schedule 1 of the Public Sector Management
Act 1995 (Gazette 18.3.2004 p828).
2 Michael James O'Connell is now to be appointed to the position of Victims
of Crime Co-ordinator pursuant to section 16 of the Victims of Crime
Act 2001 and it is intended that by this proclamation he again be
excluded from the Public Service pursuant to the Public Sector Management
Act 1995.
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management
(Exclusion from Public Service) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation will come into operation on 18 March 2004.

Service
Michael James O'Connell (Victims of Crime Co-ordinator) is excluded from
the Public Service.
