Public Sector Management (Abolition of Emergency Services
Administrative Unit) Proclamation 2005
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management
(Abolition of Emergency Services Administrative Unit)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation will come into operation on 31 December 2005.

Administrative Unit
The Emergency Services Administrative Unit is abolished.
