Public Sector Management (Department of Health)
Proclamation 2004
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management
(Department of Health) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation will come into operation on 1 July 2004.
The title of the Department of Human Services is altered to the
Department of Health.
