Public Sector Management (Structure of Public Service)
Proclamation 2006
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management
(Structure of Public Service) Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The employees referred to in Column 1 of Schedule 1 are transferred to the
administrative unit referred to in Column 2 of Schedule 1 opposite that
reference.
4—Transitional
provision—financial accounting and reporting purposes
It is declared that, for financial accounting and reporting purposes, the
transfer of employees under this proclamation, and any associated transfer of
functions and duties, may be taken to occur on 1 April 2006.
