Public Sector Management (Public Sector Workforce
Relations Division) Proclamation 2003
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management (Public
Sector Workforce Relations Division) Proclamation 2003.
This proclamation will come into operation on 11 August 2003.
The employees of the Department of Premier and Cabinet who, immediately
before the commencement of this proclamation, are working in the Public Sector
Workforce Relations Division, Office for the Commissioner for Public Employment,
are transferred to the Department for Administrative and Information
Services.
