Public Sector (Designation of Responsible Minister) Proclamation 2020
under section 28 of the Public Sector Act 2009
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Designation of Responsible Minister) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Designation of Minister responsible for Department for Infrastructure and Transport
The Minister for Infrastructure and Transport is designated as the Department for Infrastructure and Transport's Minister with responsibility for the Department.
