Public Sector (Administrative Units of Public Service—Variation 1) Proclamation 2011
under section 28 of the Public Sector Act 2009
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Administrative Units of Public Service—Variation 1) Proclamation 2011.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of Minister responsible for Olympic Dam Taskforce
The Minister Assisting the Premier with the Olympic Dam Expansion Project is designated as the Olympic Dam Taskforce's Minister with responsibility for the Taskforce.
4—Alteration of Minister responsible for Department of Planning and Local Government
The Minister for Urban Development, Planning and the City of Adelaide is designated as the Department of Planning and Local Government's Minister with responsibility for the Department.
