A person must not set, or use, a fish trap or bait trap in –

(a) any of the waters specified in Schedule 6 ; or

(b) the waters of the River Derwent; or

(c) the waters of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel; or

(d) Swanwick Bay.

Penalty:  Grade 2 penalty.
