The holder of a fishing licence (personal) must not take, or have possession of, more than the following amounts of each of the following scalefish in State waters:

(a) 10 kilograms of Australian anchovy;

(b) 10 kilograms of Australian sardine;

(c) 10 kilograms of Australian sprat;

(d) 10 kilograms of blue sprat;

(e) 10 kilograms of hardyhead;

(f) 20 kilograms of king gar.

Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.
