Proclamation under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 2013

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 2013 fix 1 April 2015 as the day on which sections 36, 37, 38 and 39 of that Act commence.
