The prescribed fee for the purpose of section 38(5)(b) of the Act is 75 fee units.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations –

(a) prescribe the fees payable for certain applications made under the Retirement Villages Act 2004 ; and

(b) prescribe the minimum amount of public liability insurance required for a retirement village; and

(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Retirement Villages Regulations 2005 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
