FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 2008 - SECT 144K

This Division applies to the confidential information of any of the following persons—

        (a)     a primary person;

        (b)     a person of concern;

        (c)     a person who is alleged to pose a risk of family violence;

        (d)     a linked person.
