Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not apply to a document that is in the possession of the Central Information Point, to the extent to which the document discloses confidential information about a primary person, a person of concern, a person alleged to pose a risk of family violence or a linked person.
(2) In this section, "document" has the same meaning as it has in the Freedom of Information Act 1982 .
