INDEPENDENT BROAD-BASED ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION ACT 2011 - SECT 116

In holding an examination, the IBAC—

        (a)     is not bound by the rules of evidence; and

S. 116(b) amended by No. 2/2019 s. 118.

        (b)     subject to any requirements under this Division, may regulate the procedure of the examination as the IBAC considers appropriate.
