PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 25A

    (1)     The panel may recommend to the Minister that an amendment be prepared to the Victoria Planning Provisions.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not apply if the Minister is the planning authority.
