BUS SAFETY ACT 2009 (NO. 13 OF 2009) - SECT 36

An accredited bus operator must comply with the conditions to which the accreditation is subject.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 1200 penalty units.
