BUS SAFETY ACT 2009 (NO. 13 OF 2009) - SECT 52

A person whose accreditation is suspended—

        (a)     is not accredited during the period of suspension; and

        (b)     is disqualified from applying for an accreditation of a kind for which the person was suspended.
