BUS SAFETY ACT 2009 (NO. 13 OF 2009) - SECT 87

Definitions

In section 3(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 in the definition of "road or transport law" , after paragraph (a) insert —

    "(aa)         the Bus Safety Act 2009 ;".
