BUS SAFETY ACT 2009 (NO. 13 OF 2009) - SECT 88

In section 191A of the Road Safety Act 1986, insert the following definition—

"" Safety Director "has the same meaning as it has in section 3(1) of the Bus Safety Act 2009 ;".
