CRIMES AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACTS AMENDMENT (OFFENCES AND PENALTIES) ACT 2011 (NO. 55 OF 2011) - SECT 14

For the penalty at the foot of section 41H of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 substitute —

"Penalty:     For a first offence, 5 penalty units;

For a second or subsequent offence, 10 penalty units.".
