DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARM ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2011 (NO. 75 OF 2011) - SECT 19

After section 84Y(c) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 insert —

    "(ca)     give a seized dog or cat to a community foster care network, on the condition that the dog or cat is desexed and implanted with a permanent identification device before it is given;

        (cb)     give a seized dog or cat to an animal shelter;".
