DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARM ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2011 (NO. 75 OF 2011) - SECT 24

In section 100(1)(fc) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 , before "for infringement offences" insert "or, in the case of an offence against section 63A that is committed by a body corporate, 60 penalty units".
