DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARM ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2011 (NO. 75 OF 2011) - SECT 8

For the penalty at the foot of section 63A(1) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units;

In any other case, 246 penalty units.".
