DOMESTIC ANIMALS AMENDMENT (PUPPY FARM ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2011 (NO. 75 OF 2011) - SECT 9

Powers of authorised officers

    (1)     After section 74(1)(c) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 insert —

    "(ca)     a notice to comply issued under this Act; or".

    (2)     After section 74(1A)(c) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 insert —

    "(ca)     a notice to comply issued under this Act; or".

    (3)     After section 74(1B)(c) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 insert —

    "(ca)     a notice to comply issued under this Act; or".

    (4)     After section 74(1C)(c) of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 insert —

    "(ca)     a notice to comply issued under this Act;".
