DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AMENDMENT (DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE) ACT 2011 (NO. 41 OF 2011) - SECT 4

In section 4(1) of the Principal Act, in the definition of drug of dependence after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(ba)     prescribed as a drug of dependence in accordance with section 132AA whether specified as included in Part 1, Part 2 or Part 3 of Schedule Eleven; or".
