EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO. 56 OF 2011) - SECT 23

In section 31 of the Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 for "any employee in the Service" substitute "a Service member or class of Service members or any person by name or to the holder of an office or position approved by the Authority".
