EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO. 56 OF 2011) - SECT 27

    (1)     For the heading to section 39 of the Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 substitute —

" Discharge by registered unit of function under state emergency response plan ".

    (2)     In section 39 of the Victoria State Emergency Service Act 2005 for "DISPLAN" substitute "the state emergency response plan".
