EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO. 56 OF 2011) - SECT 8

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 11 of the Emergency Management Act 1986 —

" State Emergency Response Coordinator and Deputy ".

    (2)     In section 11(1) of the Emergency Management Act 1986 for "State Co-ordinator of DISPLAN" substitute "State Emergency Response Coordinator".

    (3)     In sections 11(2), 12, 13, 14, 16B, 16C, 23(1), 36A, and 36B(4) of the Emergency Management Act 1986 for "State Co-ordinator" (wherever occurring) substitute "State Emergency Response Coordinator".

    (4)     In sections 11(2) and 12 of the Emergency Management Act 1986 for "Deputy State Co-ordinator of DISPLAN" substitute "Deputy State Emergency Response Coordinator".

    (5)     Insert the following heading to section 12 of the Emergency Management Act 1986 —

" Delegation by State Emergency Response Coordinator ".
