ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AMENDMENT (LANDFILL LEVIES) ACT 2011 (NO. 25 OF 2011) - SECT 1
Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Environment Protection Act 1970 to
increase municipal and industrial waste landfill levies.
