EMERGENCY SERVICES SUPERANNUATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2005 (NO 32 OF 2005) - SECT 8

Amendment of section 25A—Taxation on benefits

In section 25A of the Emergency Services Superannuation Act 1986 —

        (a)     in sub-section (6) for "an unreasonable" substitute "any";

        (b)     in sub-section (9) omit "unreasonable";

        (c)     in sub-section (10) for "an unreasonable" substitute "any".
