In section 4(1) of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 —

        (a)     in the definition of conversion scheme omit "13,";        

        (b)         for the definition of Court substitute —

""court "means court of competent jurisdiction;";

        (c)     in the definition of "instrument", after "Register" insert ", and a plan of subdivision, where the context permits";

        (d)     insert the following definition—

""Register "means the Register of land kept under section 27 ;".
