    (1)     In section 10 of the Melbourne College of Divinity Act 1910 —

        (a)     for "College" (where first occurring) substitute "Council by a church";

        (b)     for "College" (where second occurring) substitute "Council".

    (2)     In sections 11 and 13(1) of the Melbourne College of Divinity Act 1910 , for "College" (wherever occurring) substitute "Council".
