MELBOURNE COLLEGE OF DIVINITY (AMENDMENT) ACT 2005 (NO 54 OF 2005) - SECT 9

    (1)     In section 14 of the Melbourne College of Divinity Act 1910 , for "College shall elect two of its members" substitute "Council shall elect 2 members appointed to the Council".

    (2)     At the end of section 14 of the Melbourne College of Divinity Act 1910 insert —

    "(2)     If a vacancy occurs in the office of the President or Vice-President, the Council must appoint a person to the office for the remainder of the term of the vacant office.".
