MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 20 OF 2023) - SECT 28
Notification requirements for leave of absence
(1) In section 547(2)(b)(vi) of the Mental Health
and Wellbeing Act 2022 , for "Secretary; and" substitute "Secretary.".
(2) Section 547(2)(c) of the
Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 is repealed .
