PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 12 OF 2021) - SECT 1

The main purposes of this Act are—

        (a)     to amend the Planning and Environment Act 1987 —

              (i)     in relation to the protection of buildings that have heritage significance; and

              (ii)     in relation to compensation; and

              (iii)     in relation to the publication of notices, the inspection of documents and panel hearings; and

              (iv)     to make other miscellaneous amendments; and

        (b)     to make consequential amendments to other Acts.
