Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A Public Interest Monitor is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances that are determined from time to time in respect of that Public Interest Monitor by the Governor in Council.
(2) The remuneration of a Public Interest Monitor cannot be reduced during his or her period of appointment, unless he or she consents to the reduction.
