Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A TCM Act improvement notice served on a relevant person before the commencement day that has not been withdrawn under section 228ZZG of the TCM Act before the commencement day is taken, on that day, to be an improvement notice issued under section 175 of the Law that has been served on that person under section 175 of the Law.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a TCM Act improvement notice to which section 153 applies.
