Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An application made before a declaration day that has not been determined by the previous regulator on that day, may be determined by the new regulator on and after that day.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), anything done by the previous regulator before the declaration day is taken to have been done by the new regulator.
