After section 38F of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 insert —

        " 38FA     References to Rail Safety National Law

In an Act or subordinate instrument—

"Rail Safety National Law (Victoria)" means the provisions applying because of section 6 of the Rail Safety National Law Application Act 2013 .".
