RAIL SAFETY NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION ACT 2013 (NO. 22 OF 2013) - SECT 70
Notification by responsible road authority, infrastructure manager or works manager or works contractor
In sections 48EA(3) and 48EB(3) of the Road Management Act 2004 , in note 2 at
the foot of each of the subsections—
(a) after " Safety " insert " (Local
Operations) ";
(b) after " 2006 " insert "and the
Rail Safety National Law (Victoria)".
