RAIL SAFETY NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION ACT 2013 (NO. 22 OF 2013) - SECT 73
Duty to give notice to other infrastructure manager or works manager
In clause 8 of Schedule 7 to the Road Management Act 2004 , in note 2 at the
foot of the clause—
(a) after " Safety " insert " (Local
Operations) ";
(b) after " 2006 " insert "and the
Rail Safety National Law (Victoria)".
