SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 36 OF 2019) - SECT 13
Amendment of section 74D—Payment of lump sum benefits
In section 74D of the State Employees Retirement Benefits Act 1979 , for
"within 14 days of the person becoming entitled" substitute
"on the date on which the person becomes entitled to the lump
sum benefit".
