SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 36 OF 2019) - SECT 14
Amendment of section 89A—Payment of lump sum benefits
In section 89A of the State Superannuation
Act 1988 , for "within 14 days of the person becoming entitled"
substitute "on the date on which the person becomes entitled to the lump sum
benefit".
