SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 110

The giving of information that is authorised or required to be given under this Act—

        (a)     does not for any purpose constitute unprofessional conduct or a breach of professional ethics on the part of the person who gives it; or

        (b)     does not make the person who gives it subject to any liability in respect of it; or

        (c)     does not constitute a contravention of any other Act or law (including common law).
