Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Regulator or an authorised officer may serve an infringement notice on a person in respect of a prescribed offence if the Regulator or the authorised officer reasonably believes that the person committed the offence.
(2) An offence referred to in subsection (1) is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 .
(3) The infringement penalty for an offence referred to in subsection (1) is the prescribed penalty for the offence.
