SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 232

Termination with consent

If a resident vacates a supported residential service with the consent of the provider, the residential and services agreement ends immediately when that resident vacates the supported residential service.
