Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If a provider is unsuccessful in securing the provision of appropriate personal support for a resident after taking all reasonable steps to ensure that the appropriate personal support is provided to the resident, the provider must notify the Regulator without delay of the needs of the resident.
Penalty: 240 penalty units, in the case of an individual;
1200 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
(2) The Regulator must notify the Secretary of any notice the Regulator receives under subsection (1).
