SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 236

A provider, or a close associate of a provider, must not enter into a prohibited transaction with a resident of the supported residential service.

Penalty:     120 penalty units, in the case of an individual;

    600 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
