SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 283

As soon as practicable, but not later than 60 days after a warrant to remove a resident under section 280 is issued, the person to whom the warrant is addressed must—

        (a)     return the warrant to the principal registrar of VCAT; and

        (b)     specify in writing whether or not the warrant has been executed.
