SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 287

Regulator may stay operation of decision subject to application for internal review

    (1)     The Regulator, while the determination of an application under section 286 is pending, may—

        (a)     stay the operation of the decision to issue or amend the improvement notice or prohibition notice (as the case requires); or

        (b)     defer taking any action to implement that decision.

    (2)     If the Regulator stays the operation of a decision under subsection (1)(a), the Regulator may attach any conditions to the stay that the Regulator considers appropriate.
